Mahmood Arib is an Iranian professional filmmaker, author and photographer. He has so far, received many national and international rewards. In addition to many documentaries, he has also made a number of short films some of which have been recognised in international festivals such as FFTG Awards,Berlin Indie, Jaipur, Brazil Independent film, Black Bird, Phonix, Bristol, BIMIFF, Golden Ring Film Festival, GIMFA, Latin America film Awards, Wiper Film Festival, etc. As a photographer, he has participated in many local, national as well as international exhibitions. He has had various executive positions as curator, producer, and secretariat of many cinematic events in his career at different times. He has also been a judge at many national and international Film festivals, he is currently the judge of the FFTG Awards 2021 Festival in New York.
