Alina Avila Ko is a filmmaker, producer, and multimedia artist with a degree from NYU’s Tisch School of the Arts. With a diverse background in radio, television, sound design, and documentary film, she has contributed to projects for PBS, WBAI, and WNYC, and is a member of IATSE Local 700. As the founder of Art Garden Productions, she creates documentaries, narrative films, and videos for nonprofits, often focusing on social justice, mental health, and breast cancer awareness. A survivor and advocate, Alina uses art as a tool for healing and social change.
