Jim Bishop has dedicated his entire life to building the world's largest one-man project, a 160-foot tall stone castle, hidden in the Wet Mountains of Rye, Colorado. Over the years, the 77-year-old has battled cancer, Parkinson’s disease, spinal stenosis, and an overabundance of other health concerns. His latest battle however, is coming to terms with the idea that unlike his castle, his body will not last multiple lifetimes.
