Victoria Mukhonko was born in 1990 in Rostov-on-Don. She graduated from Mordovian Humanitarian Institute in Saransk, did Contemporary Art Course at the British Higher School of Art and Design, New Artistic Strategies course at ICA named after Joseph Bakstein. Victoria works in video arts, installations and performances. A number of her video artworks were exhibited in Russia and abroad. In 2023-2024 she studied at Moscow Film School.
